Every year the girls get dressed up and become very cosmopoliton as they enjoy "high tea" at the Westin William Penn Hotel. This is a fun tradition where the girls get to sample scones, and sweet snacks chased down by various holiday blends of the Queen's finest.Here are some shots from this past season's outing.
